The Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit with Keyed Alike Option part # 295-000019 can install into any cutout between 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" tall to 3" wide x 4" tall. I don't have a template for you to use but you could easily make one yourself using some scrap cardboard. I recommend starting small and then enlarging the cutout as needed to match up with the existing opening.
