What is the Power Draw of Fan-tastic Vent When Not Running

What is the amp draw of this fan when using the thermostat mode, when the fan is not running because the fan has reach the desire temperature?

A vent/fan like the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Remote # FV807350 thermostat won't draw amperage and will only draw a few volts when the fan isn't running; overall the power draw is very minimal when not running but you'll draw up to 4 amps when the fan is operating at full speed.
