Hello, could you please confirm if part # C12171? can be installed on a Kia Niro PHEV 2021? If not what model do you have available for Kia Niro PHEV 2021 or a way for me to carry my bikes? Thanks

I do have an alternative option for you, but there is not currently a trailer hitch receiver available for your 2021 Kia Niro PHEV.
I recommend the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms # Y02634 which is a confirmed fit for your Niro PHEV and will allow you to transport up to two bikes weighing in at 35lbs or less. While this is not the hitch mounted carrier you were expecting, this is a very viable option to still allow you to carry your bikes.
