Hello, Is there a longer bolt 8 available for this kit. Thank you

I have a different style spare tire carrier for you, but there is not a version of the Erickson Spare Trailer Tire Bracket Kit # EM77316 you were looking at that is compatible with 8-bolt wheels.
Instead you will need the Spare Tire Carrier # 413200 which is compatible like 8 bolt wheels like you were wanting, and can either be welded to the metal frame of your trailer, or can be bolted on as long as it is attached to a very secure section of the trailer. It may be necessary to reinforce the area you are bolting the carrier to with metal or wood if it is inside of a enclosed trailer.
I included a video of the # 413200 for you to take a look at.
