Adjustable Heights of Malone Axis Truck Bed and Roof Load Extender

Will this work with a 2019 4Runner to extend wood or other items out the back window keeping the items above the window sill? thank you!

That depends on the height of your 2019 Toyota 4Runner's back window (we don't have those dimensions, unfortunately); it is likely to work as an extension for your roof for sure, but your back window may not be high enough to use the Malone Axis Truck Bed and Roof Load Extender for 2" Hitches # MPG907.

You will need to take some measurements and compare that to the adjustable heights of the Axis Extender, which is adjustable from 55-1/2 inches to 62-1/2 inches.
