If you measured the outside walls of your hitch at the hitch pin hole and got 2" then you will need a hitch pin lock with a span of at least 2"; you'll also want to know the receiver size since hitch pin holes are specific to the receiver size. For a 1-1/4" receiver, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 1-1/4" Hitches - Flush - 2-1/8" Span - Chrome # e98879 you were looking at will work just fine since it has a 2-1/8" span and a 1/2" diameter pin to fit in the hitch pin hole. You won't want to go much wide span than your receiver is wide.
If you've got a 2" receiver, which is most likely if you're towing a trailer over 2000-lbs, then you'll need the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches - Flush - 2-5/8" Span - Chrome # e98880, which has a 5/8" diameter and 2-5/8" span.
I've linked some review videos of these parts for you as well.
