The B&W BWRVK3405 is a replacement slider base, not a complete hitch. If you needed a replacement non-sliding base, you'd use part # BWRVB3500. You want to use a sliding hitch in a short bed truck to provide greater clearance between the cab and the front of the fifth wheel for low-speed turns, but a sliding hitch isn't necessary in a long bed truck because there's already plenty of clearance.
If you needed the entire hitch, which includes the base and the hitch head, I'd recommend the stationary Companion model, part # BWRVK3500. The hitch mounts to the vehicle using the B&W Turnover Ball Gooseneck Hitch, part # BWGNRK1111.
If you'd like to install a 7-way connector in the truck bed so you don't have to run the trailer connector cable up over the tailgate, you can install one using part # C56000.
I've linked to an install video for the trailer connector and a demonstration video for the # BWRVK3500 B&W Companion 5th wheel hitch.
