I have a 2012 Ram 3500 long box dually with a BandW flip over ball installed in the bed. I wanted to make sure this product would work prior to ordering.

Yes, the # DM8550045 Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter will work with your B&W Turnover Ball. This adapter works with standard 2-5/16" gooseneck hitch balls, which are the most common. It will not work with a high-rise or offset hitch ball.
