The Curt # C31083 and Draw-Tite # 65067 front mounted receivers are pretty much identical in terms of appearance, capacity and the way which they install on the truck, so you can basically flip a coin to make your decision or choose the least expensive of the two with no need to worry that you've sacrificed anything by going with the more inexpensive option.
I've linked to an install video for the Draw-Tite # 65067 front receiver. The procedure for the Curt would be identical.
