I have a solution for you, but the B&W Turnoverball # BWGNRK1020 cannot be fitted to a cab and chassis flatbed; mounting a gooseneck hitch to a flatbed requires that the hitch be welded to the frame of the vehicle by a certified welder. With that said, you can have the B&W Turnoverball for Flatbed Trucks # BWGNRK1500 welded to the frame of the truck for gooseneck trailer towing. B&W parts are made in the USA and renowned for their quality and durability, so it's a great choice for your flatbed.
If you need to tow a 5th wheel trailer, you can use the B&W Companion Flatbed Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter - Dual Jaw - 25,000 lbs # BWRVK3050.
