Correct Adapter for Reese Hitch On 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500 with OEM Prep Package

Question:

I have a 16K Reese Gliding 5th wheel hitch that Ive used for years on my Chevy Silverado 2500HD to pull my KZ Durango Gold G380FLF. It was in my old truck with two rails as a base. I recently purchased a 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500HD 6foot 10inch bed with the factory puck system. On the advice of my RV repair shop, I bought a Demco 6194 adapter which Ive found is the wrong setup for the 2021. I want to be sure if I buy the Demco 6333 that my Reese 16K Glide hitch I think model 30051 will work with this base adapter?

The Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy/GMC OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package part # DM6333 is correct for a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 with OEM Prep Package and will work with any ISR mounted hitch such as those by Reese.
