Longer Hitch Pin Solution for Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack

Need to know if there is something available for a 2 1/2 inch receiver. I am using the 2 in to 2 1/2 in sleeve for my Swagman XTC-2 Series Bike Carrier and the current bolt doesnt go all the way threw.

The longest hitch pin solution we have for the Swagman XTC2 bike rack part # S64670 is the hitch lock part # S64029 which has 2-5/8 inches from the back of the bolt head to the lock cylinder when closed.
