Installing The Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit On A 2020 Ford Ranger

Question:

I have a 2020 ford Ranger that has a Neutral tow, when I hook up the system I bought from you RM88400, I hook it up as a Normally Open, the relay itself seem to be warm? should I have done the Normally Closed hook up instead. my truck is key not push button, except on my dash Im able to put the truck in to Neutral tow.

Yes, when installing the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400 you should have wired it based on the "Normally Closed" diagram since you have a Ford with neutral tow.
