Can the Dexter Trailer Breakaway Kit be Used with Dexter Electric Brakes

I am confused if this with works with regular electric brake or just hydraulic over electric. my trailer has Dexter electric brakes on both 3500 lb axles. please let me know if this will work. thanks

The # 34-285 Dexter Trailer Breakaway Kit with Built-In Battery Charger - Top Load will work with with your electric brakes. The installation requires the 12v power connection, the connection to the brake output wire, and the ground wire.
