Can I Use the Rightline Gear Kayak Carrier on the Bare Roof of My 2011 Honda Odyssey?

Can I use this one and does the foam block have a strap to tie it down to the roof also? Dont want to install the rails on my van. TY

It includes 2 end straps with car clips secure foam blocks to your vehicle's door frame as well as 2 Lock straps that secure kayak to the foam blocks.
