We have exactly what you are looking for!

The H78-15ST is an older tire size designation and is what is now know as an ST225/75R15 trailer tire.

To replace these tires on your 5th wheel trailer I recommend the Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E # AM10303. The reason I recommend these tires is due to Kenda being well known for making a high quality tire, and these specific tires having a load rating of 2830lbs per tire at 80 PSI which will be plenty for your 5th wheel trailer.

When installing new tires it is important to replace the valve stems as well. I recommend going with a high quality valve stem, the Americana Metal, Bolt-In Valve Stem - 1-1/4" Long # AM20906, as it is rated for air pressure over 100 PSI, and its metal construction will help it hold up well for years to come.

I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
