I may have an option for you, but unfortunately all of the 8" trailer wheels we offer use lug nuts.
If the wheel is reusable and you just need a tire then I recommend the Kenda K371 Bias Trailer Tire - 4.80/4.00-8 - Load Range C # AM10004 which will be an exact replacement.
If you are needing a new wheel then the only option would be seeing if your spindle is compatible with a standard hub with lug nuts. I recommend removing the wheel you currently have on your wood splitter and looking for the bearing numbers stamped in the face of each bearing as shown in the included picture of the # L44649.
If the bearings on the trailer are worn to the point that you cannot read the bearing numbers then you will need to use digital calipers # PTW80157 to precisely measure your spindle in the locations shown in the included diagram.
With the above information I would be happy to see if there is a standard hub option for you.
I included a video of the # AM10004 for you to take a look at.
