Troubleshooting Drive Stereo CD/DVD Mechanism

Question:

My drive sound system keeps making a running noise like it’s trying to play a cd. I can’t get it to stop.

Try doing a hard reset to your Drive RV Stereo, # 324-000148 by unplugging the wiring harness for a minimum of 15 minutes until the circuit board resets itself. Also check to ensure there isn't any debris or excessive dust build up inside the disc opening. You can use the canned compress air, what is used to clean keyboards and PC's, to blow out the inside.
