Does Hopkins 7-way for Gooseneck/Fifth Wheel Fit 2020 Ram 2500
Question:
Hi, I have drilled the 2 1/8 hole and routed the wiring for the harness. I have plugged in the 7-Pole plug to the original factory connection that is fixed to the bumper of the truck. For some reason I cannot complete the final connection of the original factory plug and the round cylinder plug in the Hopkins wiring harness, no matter how hard I try. Any tips or suggestions? The box indicates its for 2004-2017 RAMs but Im assuming this should work for a 2020 as I provided the vehicle information before ordering this harness. Thanks!

The Hopkins fifth wheel/gooseneck 7-way kit part # 41157 is a fit for your 2020 Ram 2500 and uses the standard 7-way round connector found on new trucks so this is the correct fit. You'll want to make sure all of the pins on the male side are straight so that they could slide into the matching female side. If you have the 7-way attached to the truck already you might try un bolting it so that you can have both connectors in your hand when you go to push them together.
