I would be happy to recommend everything needed to tow a trailer with your 2019 Honda Odyssey, but after looking in its owner's manual I found that the max towing capacity for the non Elite and Touring models is 3000lbs, and for the Elite and Touring models it is 3500lbs so you will need to go with a lighter trailer, or a different tow vehicle. This capacity changes based on the number of passengers and cargo added to your Odyssey so I recommend checking the towing section of your owner's manual to determine your specific towing capacity.
In addition, Honda requires the trailer to have trailer brakes if over 1000lbs.
For a trailer hitch receiver, I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2"
Item # e98855 as it has a 525lb tongue weight rating and 3500lb trailer weight rating so you know it is plenty strong for any trailer your vehicle can tow.
Since your trailer will need to have trailer brakes you will also need to add a 7-way connector and trailer brake controller. First you will need the 4-way connector # 118781 which will plug in to your vehicle without any splicing.
Next you will need to install the 7-way connector. I recommend the # ETBC7L and then using the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180.
This combination allows you to use a trailer brake controller without having to drill any holes inside your vehicle to mount a controller, and has one less wire to install as the brake output wire is not used with the # C51180.
Lastly you will need a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
