Crosstube to Hitch Opening and Rear of Bracket for Curt Hitch 13703
Question:
Could you please tell me: How far does the Hitch receiver stick out from the cross bar? According to an attached picture 8 and 3/16ths And How far back is the cross bar is from the rearmost edge of the side mount brackets.? Sorry, I am trying to determine if the opening of the hitch receiver will make it past my rear bumper on my older truck. 1954 chevy Truck. I think I may need to get 13inch to get past my rear bumper Thanks So much!

From the front of the crosstube to the hitch # 13703 opening face does measure 8-3/16 inches and then from the back of the hitch tube to the end of the bracket measures 6-1/2 inches.
