Does it make a difference if the bed is a 6 and 3/4 size or a long box on a 2020 GMC Sierra Denali with the puck system

The puck spacing is the same on both the long bed and short bed model of 2020 GMC Sierra 3500, so you can absolutely use the fixed version of the Companion, which is the following part:

You won't be able to make a 90 degree turn with the fixed version on your short bed unless you have a rotating pin box, but otherwise the Companion will fit and is an awesome choice for a 5th wheel hitch because it is constructed in a manner that ensures you have the best possible ride.
