The two possible causes for your Furrion Air Conditioner # FR92PR to be leaking condensation into the vehicle are that your condensation drainage openings on the unit are clogged or the roof gasket is damaged and needs to be replaced. More than likely the drainage openings are clogged and just need to be cleaned out but if they aren't then you can use the Camco Universal Fit RV Roof Air Conditioner Gasket Kit # CAM25071 to replace your current roof gasket.

Your Furrion Chill RV Air Conditioner and Air Distribution Box w/ Built-in Thermostat - 15,500 Btu Item # FAC1511MA-W could be freezing up due to the following reasons: 1. The evaporator and condenser coils could be dirty/clogged. Since this unit is brand new this is unlikely. 2. The air distribution box flow dividers could be dirty/clogged or the baffle could be positioned incorrectly or poorly sealed causing cold air coming from the outlet to reenter through the hot air intake. Since this unit is brand new it is unlikely that the dividers are dirty but the baffle is most likely improperly sealed or positioned and will need to be repositioned and resealed. 3. The air filters could be dirty. Since this unit is brand new this is unlikely. 4. The humidity is too high. This could be a possibility but I don't believe it's the real cause. 5. The thermostat is broken. This could be a possibility, although since it's a brand new unit it is unlikely. 6. The unit is low on refrigerant. The unit could've not been fully filled in production and need a recharge. You'll need to have a certified technician come test the unit and refill it if needed. Since your unit wasn't properly evaporating condensation before there is most likely a high probability that that issue is also causing this issue. Once you have the drainage issue fixed you'll need to leave the shroud out and let the unit dry out before running it again. If this doesn't solve your issue please email back and we'll keep troubleshooting.
