Drive DVD - We Have Audio On TV No Video From DVD
Question:
This is our 2nd radio like this from trailer. In out 1st installation in our Southwind motorhome, it worked immediately after installation. Audio and video, no RCA plugs, noting that we could “see” plugged into the TV. Was the Southwind radio wiring “wired” to the TV? Or does it transmit wirelessly? Now we have a new motorhome, 2004 Winnebago 32v, we are replacing the TV not original with a new Samsung smart TV. We have audio, but no video. It does work if we connect the RCA plugs, but that would be a chore to run RCA cables to where the TV is going to mount. Is it the TV? What TV’s work with that radio and the Winnebago wiring? Help….. What do we need to do to get video to the TV?

The Drive RV Stereo, # 324-000031 has Bluetooth capability for you audio devices but for video you will need RCA cables connected to display. A good alternative option is the Furrion RV Stereo, # DV3300SBL. This single-DIN stereo plays audio from radio signals, CDs, DVDs, and devices connected through Bluetooth, an auxiliary cord, a USB cord, or an HDMI cord. 2-Zone output lets you play music in 2 separate areas.
