The Jensen RV Stereo - Double DIN - AUX/USB, Bluetooth, jControl - 12V Item # JWM60A is only drawing 112 milliamps while on standby so it would take a very long time to kill the battery. You can turn off the backlight by going into settings and turning the brightness to zero. If you want to completely cut the power draw from the battery you can install a toggle switch between the stereo and battery or just pull the fuse to the stereo.
