The only thing you should need for your Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # HLY64FR to be compatible with your RadRunner E-bikes is the Swagman Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Electric, Step Through, and Cruiser Bikes # S57FR. You'll be able to attach this to your bike's frame so the clamps have something to grab onto to hold the bike down.
