Does It Matter Which Wire To Tap Into When There Are Two Wires In Each Jack?
Question:
I have a 1984 VW Vanagon/camper. On the driver side lighting assembly it has two wire on all. I guess it runs to the other side but does it matter which one to splice?

One wire is likely the ground and the other is the power side that you will want to splice into. Using a volt meter like the Performance Tools # PT89ZR you can determine which is the power wire.
If you have two powered wires, then yes, it is probably going to the other side and it would not matter which one that you choose.
