EverChill Cooler Not Cooling
Question:
My cooler is. I longer cooling. I can hear it running, but it never gets below 63ish. I’ve unplugged it for hours like they recommend, but it never lowers in temperature no matter how long it consistently runs. Any ideas of where I should look to see what the issue might be?

The only troubleshooting advise is to unplug the refrigerator for 24 hours if the unit has been tilted beyond the recommended angle. This would likely settle any refrigerant that drained into unwanted areas. There are not any user serviceable parts.
If your refrigerator is less than one year old you should contact EverChill for warranty repair. They will require proof of purchase, model number, and serial number for assistance. If you are beyond one year you will need a replacement.
You could use the EverChill # 324-000115 26-bottle cooler or the EverChill # 324-000113 46-bottle cooler.
