Since your 2021 Ram 3500 with the OEM rail kit has a short bed you'd need to go with a slider hitch to allow you the ability to make tight turns without cab interference. One great solution is an auto-sliding hitch like the Demco Hijacker part # DM8550034 which will slide back automatically and allow you to not have to worry about the clearance issues at all. You'd also need a rail kit adapter to fit it to your OEM rail kit like with the # DM6099 which fits both your truck and this hitch.
