How is Height of Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer # 324-000119 Shelves Adjusted

How do you adjust the shelves in this refrigerator? The door wont open far enough because there is a fireplace mantel in the way.

The height adjustment of the shelves of the Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer # 324-000119 that you referenced is done like a standard refrigerator in that you will tilt the back of the shelf up so that you can then pull the shelf out and install it at a different height.
