How Much Cooler Can I Expect To See My Transmission Temperatures On My 2016 GMC Canyon?

I have a 2016 GMC Canyon V6 3.6L and the transmission fluid temp runs from 145 up to 175 degrees. How much cooler can this transmission cooler make my transmission fluid make... 20? 30? Thanks

While there is not a specified amount of temperature that the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler # D13503 will lower the transmission temperature of your 2016 GMC Canyon, most of the reviews that I have seen claim temperatures that average about 20 degrees cooler. Of course this will vary from vehicle to vehicle and driving conditions.

A Derale Snap-In Radiator Adapter Fitting # D13035 will be needed to install the cooler on to your Canyon. This will fit into place of the OEM radiator connection.
