What Is The Distance Between Bike Cradles On The Yakima FullSwing 4-Bike Rack?
Question:
I cant seem to find the distance between forks and the size cross section of the forks. Can you help? I have a Diamondback that was modeled on the old Schwinn cruiser. It has a double top tube. Thanks.

The Yakima FullSwing 4 Bike Rack - 2" Hitches # Y02465 has arms that are spaced 12-1/2" apart. The cradles are adjustable but Yakima was not able to give me exact numbers on the distance between bike cradles, however, when spaced evenly apart they are similar to the Yakima Ridgeback cradles which are 5-1/2" apart. Since the cradles are adjustable, you shouldn't have an issue getting a larger bike on one of the ends of the bike rack. The cradles are 1-3/4" wide.
If you have oddly-shaped bikes then you may need to use an adapter bar such as # 64005 to tightly secure the bike to the carrier. I attached a couple demonstration videos for you to check out.
