Recommended Helper Spring Option for Reducing Body Roll/Sway from In-Bed Camper on 2015 Ram 2500

Question:

OK I have a 2015 Ram 2500 4x4, 8 ft bed with a slide in camper. I get some sway, at times quite noticeable. My question is, do air helper springs or Jounce-Style Springs help, and which one is better to use?

What typically happens is that unless your slide-in camper is really heavy, it won't exert enough weight for the factory bump stops to engage the top overload springs enough to prevent side to side sway.

The TorkLift # TLA7200 StableLoad suspension bump stops are specifically designed to engage the top overload springs for less sway and body roll.

An air helper spring option like the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000, part # AL88289 can be helpful to support the rear suspension from hauling a heavy load in the truck bed or a trailer's pin or tongue weight but it won't be as effective on tall loads like a bed camper that really contribute to sway and body roll. The air helper springs aren't compatible with Ram models equipped with the factory air suspension.

I'd go with the StableLoad mentioned above.
