Removing Stuck Demco Hijacker Slider Hitch from 2019 GMC 3500 with OEM Rail Kit

Question:

We have a 2019 GMC 3500 with the Demco Hijacker 6077 18K Autoslide Hitch DM8550034 with DM6194 Rail Adapter installed and need to remove it. Its above bed installation with puck system. Please advise.

Sounds like you might be having a hard time getting the rail kit adapter # DM6194 and hitch # DM8550034 to remove from the OEM rail kit of your 2019 GMC 3500. But what you can do is use the jacks of your trailer to providing the lifting power. So unlatch the adapter or hitch (whichever is giving you troubles) while hitched to your trailer and then use the jacks to lift it up and out of the rail/rail kit.
