There are a few issues that can cause the 0.9 to show up on your Pilot 2-6 Brake Electronic Brake Controller - Time Delayed # 80550.

This can happen when the power setting of the controller is not set high enough, so the first thing I recommend is increasing the power of the controller a bit.

If the issue is still there then you will need to check that blue wire from the controller is securely connected, and that the white ground wire is also securely connected.

Next cut the blue wire at least 6" from the back of the controller and use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 while applying the manual override lever. If you have power then the issue is between the controller and the 7-way connector and you will need to check the brake output wire for any damage. You could also use # 10-1-1 and heat shrink butt connectors # DW05745-5 to run a new brake output wire. You will just splice one end to the blue wire on the controller, and the other end to the 5 o'clock pin on the 7-way connector.

If you have no power then there is an internal short in the controller and it will need to be replaced.

I included a video of the # 80550 for you to take a look at.
