EcoHitch #306-X7397 on a 2020 Audi Q5
Question:
I have a non-hybrid 2020 Q5 and am wanting to confirm two things. Will the subject hitch fit my car. Second, will the installation require any body modifications or fascia trimming to install this hitch. Torque Lift had not confirmed this hitch fits the 2020. And I did confirm the installation on the 2019 Q5 did not require any trimming. I am hoping the same is for the 2020. Thanks.

I spoke with Torklift and they did confirm that the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7397 will fit the 2020 Audi Q5. They are going to update their website to reflect the fitment. There will not be any trimming required as well with this hitch per Torklift on your Q5.
I recommend the Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT be installed with the hitch. This will give you a 4-way flat trailer connection for any towing that you may do. It will also allow you to use some Auxiliary Lighting # C53201 in case your tail lights are blocked by any cargo carriers or bike racks you may use. This kit will not require you to splice into your tail lights as they use sensors to identify when power travels through the wire. It will then send power directly from your battery to power the lights, preventing excess draw on your vehicle wiring.
