Is a Second Heat Shield Needed for Firestone Air Bags On a Truck with Dual Exhaust

Question:

i recently bought a 2021 tundra pro i had a 2014 tundra and put ride rite airbags on it loved it and install went good , i bought the same firestone ride rite airbags for my new pro but noticed that with the dual exhaust the airbags might be close to the exhaust pipes any reference on how close to the bags the exhaust should be and if i need to add heat shield to protect the bags?

I don't have an exact distance the airbags can be from the exhaust but anytime they are close you'll need to use a heat shield. The kits only come with one heat shield most of the time so for dual exhaust trucks it can sometimes be necessary to add a second heat shield, the Replacement Heat Shield for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2135821004.
