When determining if the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR will clear your spare tire mounted on the trunk of your 2014 Mercedes G-Class G550, I recommend measuring the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the front end of the spare tire. The measurement to the upright bar from the center of the hitch pinhole is 13-1/2 inches. If the measurement of the pinhole to the front of tire is less than 13-1/2 inches, you are good to go.
If you need a trailer hitch for your 2014 Mercedes G-Class, we do carry the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit # C13010. The Curt Trailer Hitch will allow you to have plenty of tongue capacity to transport up to four bikes (up to 400 pounds). If you wish to purchase a trailer hitch pin with the Curt Trailer hitch, I recommend the Pin and Clip for 2" and 2-1/2" Hitches # PC3.
