The Curt Assure Trailer Brake Controller with Dynamic Screen # C49UR will require a Curt Custom Wiring Adapter # C51332 to connect to your 2009 Dodge Ram 3500 that has a factory plug in connector.
Another option is to use a Curt Wiring Adapter for Cequent Trailer Brake Controller Wiring Harnesses # C51520 to adapt the Tekonsha harness to plug into the curt. This will work best if your harness is difficult to get to or your wiring is hardwired and you do not want to have to remake the connections on the new pigtail.
