It looks like you were interested in the Thule Xsporter Pro Adjustable-Height Truck Bed Ladder Rack 450 lbs - Black # TH500XTB. This fits the 2019 Nissan Titan with 5-1/2', 6-1/2', and 8' bed without the Utili-Track System. There are no sidebar rails compatible with this ladder rack. If you do not have the Utili-Track System then I recommend going with the Yakima Overhaul HD Truck Bed Ladder Rack 500 lbs 68" # Y01151-58 or 78" version # Y01151-59. SideBar Rails # Y01153 can be added which have T-slot channels for more accessories.
It sounds like you actually have the Utili-Track System in your bed, in which case the only adjustable ladder rack is the Yakima OverHaul HD Truck Bed Ladder Rack 500 lbs - 68" Bars # Y01151-5868 or 78" version # Y01151-5968. This system will attach onto the bed tracks. SideBar Rails # Y01153 can be added to this ladder rack as well.
All versions of the Yakima Overhaul ladder rack mentioned above can hold a roof top tent such as the Yakima SkyRise HD Tent 3 Person - 600 lbs # Y07437. I attached demonstration videos for you to check out.
