While we don't have a T-slot adapter for the # ER37VR that you referenced to attach it to the top channel of a roof rack we do have the Rhino Rack multipurpose holder part # RRRMPHU which is a very similar style of carrier that was designed to attach to the top channel of a crossbar like you are looking for.
