I would be happy to help you find a replacement light for your 2012 Winnebago Aspect, but the typically the LED diodes in the ceiling lights in RVs are not replaceable, and require the entire light to be replaced.

To determine the correct replacement you will need to measure the light, and if possible send in a picture of the light.

Based on the description you provided it sounds like you have a light fixture like the Gustafson LED RV Ceiling Light - Satin Nickel - 10" # GUS54FR which has 30 LED Diodes, and a glass shade.

This light measures 10" in diameter x 3-1/2" tall and house mounting holes that are 4-1/4" apart on center. If this matches you current light this would be a great replacement option.

If not just send me the information mentioned above and I would be happy to make a recommendation for you.
