Recommended Hitch and Bike Rack for a 2009 Honda Fit

I have an old, heavy 38 lbs bike. What hitch bike mount is best to carry this one bike on a 2009 Honda Fit Sport?

If you're looking for a hitch for your 2009 Honda Fit, then I recommend the Curt Class I, part # C11064. It has a 1-1/4" receiver and a tongue weight capacity of 200 pounds.
For a bike rack, I recommend the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 1 Bike - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # KU64FR. It fits 1-1/4" and 2" receivers and can handle a single bike up to 60 pounds.
