Do you sell the adapter bar for step through bikes?

We sure do, I'd recommend the Hollywood Racks # HRBA-PRO adapter bar. The bar is adjustable from 15-13/64 to 28-13/16 inches in width. The adapter bar would attach between the seat post and the handlebar stem, and would provide a level attachment point to the Thule # TH88VR Gateway Pro 2 bike rack you'd looked at.
