Are there any gooseneck assemblies that are compatible with Ride Rite bags that are already installed?

Your Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F35FV are designed to work with in bed hitches on your 2018 Ford F-250.
I recommend using the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1116. This hitch will give you the versatility of using a B&W Companion Slider Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3400 if you need to do 5th wheel towing. And since this hitch uses the square tube you can use a 4" Offset Ball # BWGNXA4085 since you do have a short bed. This will help increase your turning ability by moving the pivot point farther back in your F-250.
