Does the Swagman Enforcer allow locking when using the thru-axle adapter?

Yes, you can still use the locking skewer when the thru-axle adapter is installed onto the Swagman Enforcer Roof Bike Rack - Fork Mount - Clamp On - Aluminum # S64704. You will basically slide the thru-axle adapter in, then slide the locking skewer through the adapter to lock it. I attached a demonstration video for you to check out regarding this bike rack.
