Expert Reply:
As long as your 1997 Ford F-350 is not a step side, does not have a double wall bed, and is not a dually then the Brophy tie downs, # HSSF, will fit. The tie downs do not have an official capacity because they are rated for whatever the truck bed can handle. Consult your owners manual to determine the capacity.
I also recommend adding the hardware package # TDHP to secure the camper to the tie downs.
