Recommended Brake Controller for a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander
Question:
Ive got a Mitsubishi Outlander 2014 and this summer I intend to tow a travel trailer of 18 feets and 3000 pounds. Ive got two choices of Tekonsha brake controller model installation at local dealer and for the same price and would like to know which one you recommend between Tekonsha Primus IQ #90160 and Tekonsha Pro Series Pilot #80550 ?

The Tekonsha Primus IQ Trailer Brake Controller part # TK90160 is an excellent option for a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander and what I recommend. In regards to installation, you'll need to start with a 4-way and then adapt this to a 7-way using the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118482 and Brake Controller Install Kit part # ETBC7.
