I recommend going with a Firestone air suspension setup as this is typically higher quality than the other available options. If your 2020 F-350 Dually is 2WD then you will want to go with Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle - 2WD # F2600 which is rated for 5000lbs. If your truck is 4WD then I recommend Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F35FV which is rated for 5,000lbs. Both of these kits are compatible with dual rear wheels.

While everything necessary for installation and use is included in the air bag kit, it is a good idea to also install a compressor such as Firestone Air Command II - Analog Gauge w/ Heavy Duty Compressor - Dual Function - 150 psi # F2219. This will allow you to inflate or deflate the bags from the cab of your truck, whereas without the compressor you would need to manually adjust the bags at the rear of your vehicle.
