Replacement Suspension Kit For Tandem Axle 1 3/4 Springs With 7-3/4 x 2-7/8 Inch Equalizers

Question:

Id like to upgrade my tandem axle trailers suspension to wet bolts and Im looking for an all in one suspension kit. I saw the Dexter Kit K71-359-00, but did not find one for my trailers specs. I unfortunately do not know the make/model of my 2007 trailer writing has worn off the outside but I did take measurements of all of the suspension parts. Would you be able to advise on either an all in one kit or links to individual parts supplied in the Dexter Kit? EQ-E1 equalizer. 7 3/4inch length. 2 7/8inch Height. 9/16 hole 1 3/4inch Double Eye Springs Axis Products 3500lb Axles. 34inch Axle Spacing. 29 1/2inch Hangar Spacing Current Shackle Straps are 2 1/2inch length on center, 3 3/4inch total length. 1 1/4inch wide. Thanks!

In order to retain your current suspension geometry, you'll need to use an equalizer of the same length and height as the 7-3/4 x 2-7/8 equalizer you currently have. The Dexter Axle # K71-449-00 offers equalizers that are the same width and height as what you have now. The only difference is that the shackle links are a tiny bit shorter, at 2-1/4 inches versus the 2-1/2 you currently have. This difference is very small and won't be enough to have a negative effect on your suspension geometry.

Thanks for including all the dimensions like you did, it make things a lot easier. I've linked to a description and an install video that you might find helpful.
